Insurance and Payments
As a courtesy to you, we will bill your insurance company and track claims. Please keep us informed of any changes to your insurance plan. You are responsible for the fees charged by our office, no matter what your insurance coverage may be. Most insurance companies should respond to the claim within four to six weeks. Any remaining cost is your responsibility.
We are providers for all PPO insurance, Ahcccs Plan, Dental Medicare Plan.
We accept all credit cards and cash.
We also do financing with Care Credit and Cherry.

How much is a regular dental cleaning and exam without insurance?
$210
How much is a limited (emergency exam) without insurance?
$75 this includes the exam and 1 x-ray only.
Will insurance cover dentures, bridges, or implants?
For major procedures, insurances recommend that we send them for preauthorization. This will determine coverage and cost.
Do you have payment plan options?
We work with Cherry and Care Credit as options for payment plans. You can apply with them directly and they will determine the amount you are approved for.
Do you have options for those without insurance?
We offer an in-house membership for people without insurance (must not have any type of insurance). Please click here to see details about our membership plans.
